"FIRE AND ICE" FOR CHILDREN FROM 3 TO 5 YEARS
The Staatskapelle Berlin Orchestra Academy offers young, particularly talented musicians the opportunity to become part of the orchestra after a successful audition. On the initiative of long-time general music director Daniel Barenboim, two-year scholarships have been awarded since the 1997/98 season to familiarize young musicians with the work and everyday life of a top orchestra.
