The album showcases depth, personal reflections, and a multifaceted soundscape. Some of the songs, including the oldest tracks "Are You Mine?" and "Wish I Was," were written after the Pixies' Lost Cities tour in 2011.
In June 2025, indie icon Kim Deal will give an exclusive concert in Berlin, where she will present both her new songs and some highlights from her musical past live.
