The poet on the vibraphone impresses with his consistent focus on comparatively quiet tones that decisively counteract the omnipresent roar. He makes the metal plates vibrate with violin bows, uses drum and other sticks, creates dry staccatos and shimmering overtones.
On his solo album “Unfolding”, released in 2024, Refseth dedicated some tracks to people close to him, such as Sunrise to his daughter.
