And DISTEL is there. In a grotesque revue, the illustrious Bundestag staff rush from left to right, making you dizzy. New parliamentarians duel with old farts, ghostwriters dance with ushers, horse-trading here, espionage there and in the middle of it all, the first Bundestag debate poetry slam.
A turbulent panopticon with guest appearances by Robert Habeck, Christian Lindner, Alice Weidel, Friedrich Merz, the ghost of Helmut Kohl and many others. Finally a look through the keyhole into the back room of power. What is it really like in the Bundestag? Is he corrupt? Is he amateurish? Confused, complicated, still equipped with fax machines? Yes, all of that – but it is still one of the funniest parliaments that everyone knows.
