CTM Festival 2025

This evening seeks points of contact between tradition, resilience and transformation. Jordan Deal, multidisciplinary performance artist and alchemist, presents the German live premiere of the album "Seas of Triple Consciousness".

The work, which contains elements of gospel, blues, folk and avant-garde, takes you on a journey through a sonic landscape that is beset by oppressive forces but still resonates with a hopeful horizon. Based on piano and voice, Deal's personal music is as haunting and fragile as it is defiant.

Born in New York and raised in Tamil Nadu, Ganavya has a beguiling and electrifying voice. Her music draws on a deep pool of spiritual practices passed down through generations, blurring the boundaries between past, present and future into something wonderfully unknowable.
