The artist Jelena Fužinato, born in Yugoslavia and originally from Bosnia, is developing an alternative entrance for the Hamburger Bahnhof – Nationalgalerie der Gegenwart as part of Berlin Art Week: combined with a performance by the artist, visitors enter the building through scaffolding.

Fužinato's performance raises questions about the accessibility of museums and refers to the museum's own history during the division of the city into East and West Berlin.
The performance is part of the series "Zoom Out: Contemporary Perspectives on the Threshold of the Museum" conceived by Weitwinkel – Global Collection Perspectives.
Admission to the events is free. Registration not required.
