PINK MONADS is the band name of 4 female musicians from the international jazz and improvisation scene. The quartet is driven by their shared ideas for exploring instrumental and vocal soundscapes and, each equipped with their own experience and broad musical knowledge, they interweave sounds with noises and interweave instrumental sounds with the sung or spoken utterances of the Italian vocalist Marialuisa Capurso.

The voice becomes the instrument, the instrument becomes the voice. Emphathy and a shared sense of form and structure are the starting point for the special color and architecture of the resulting real-time compositions; all four musicians have received multiple scholarships and awards for their work and are touring in Europe.
