In her first solo show, actress Vidina Popov weaves interviews, documentaries and encounters into a fast-paced, entertaining musical investigation of the concept of “homeland”: questions about her loss, the associated clichés and the experiences of arriving in a new space.
With biting humor, she shows how deceptive assumptions about others and herself can be and exposes common mechanisms.
