Scottish Folkmusic
Ian Bruce cannot be pigeonholed. The Scotsman uses his haunting voice and guitar to express his own thoughts, tells stories in music and is also able to set completely new accents in songs from his homeland. Katharina Bramkamp enchants with her soulful flute playing.

Ian's multifaceted singing, which alternates between gentleness and a rough whiskey tone, and Katharina's voice, with its sometimes gentle, sometimes challenging sound, captivate the listeners. A wonderful balancing act between energetic rhythm and calm melodies that invite you to dream.
The band is completed by drummer Frank Deckert. From calm grooves to swirling sticks, Frank underlines the specialness of each piece with his intense musical feeling.
The dynamic trio sometimes sounds almost rocky, sometimes melancholic and invites the audience on a rousing musical journey.
