Hush

Dancers become musicians, musicians become dancers. Guitar spins drive the performers into each other's arms. Dancing bodies set the rhythm of the music. "Hush" is about attention and devotion. If you want to endure the world, it helps not to be alone.


De Dansers is an ensemble of dancers and musicians from Utrecht, led by choreographer and dancer Josephine van Rheenen and composer and musician Guy Corneille. Their "dance concerts" are organic encounters between contemporary dance and live music. They tell stories with playful anarchy that everyone understands. De Dansers creates pieces against the feeling of immobility.

Perceiving dance - introduction

Perceiving dance is an invitation to train your own resonance ability before attending the dance piece “Hush”. How can I resonate in the theater? What does it take? Together we will tune into the piece, sharpen our perception and try out movements that can be recognized later in the piece.

Cooperation with Offensive Dance for young audiences, led by Florian Bilbao, choreographer and dance teacher.
