15 years of hurdle jumping – charity night for the anniversary
The Hurdlers are celebrating their 15th anniversary and are inviting you to the charity night on September 19, 2024 at the Kulturstall Britz in Neukölln. The Hurdlers Mentoring Project began in April 2009, supporting refugees, trainees and students to overcome personal, academic and professional hurdles.

Since then, more than 1,300 mentees have benefited from the dedicated support of volunteer mentors and achieved their personal goals.
"We had many goosebumps moments! I was often speechless at how much we both achieved together," says mentee Diana, describing her experiences.
For the anniversary year, the Hurdlers want to experience even more goosebumps moments together and generate income for the continuation of the student mentoring.
Well-known artists support and organize the benefit night and make it a dazzling event:
- Katharina Greve - comic reading with absurd humor, subtle analysis of time and a striking line
- Fil - master of digression, with Berlin charm and sass
- Sebastian Krämer - chansonnier of a special kind with humor and a sense for great poetry
- Bernadette La Hengst - discourse rock & changing instruments: one-woman show
- Elisa Aseva - poetic short texts as a skim-off product of the everyday life of an unskilled worker
- Max Raabe - from the 1920s to Raabe pop. Ian Wekwerth at the piano
