tour for the 20th stage anniversary

With playful, lascivious gentleness, powerful rock and blues riffs, brilliant technique and ecstatic joy of playing, they have been delighting an ever-growing audience for years. A variety of sound carpets are woven here, there is room for gentle melancholy and also for outbursts that stop at nothing.

Herbert Pixner Project celebrates in Berlin

It sounds minimalistic, rugged, epic and very sexy. With this unconventional mix, the "Herbert Pixner Project" electrifies its audience anew with every concert.

The Herbert Pixner Project of the South Tyrol-born multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer Herbert Pixner (diatonic harmonica, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, percussion), together with his congenial stage partners Manuel Randi (flamenco guitar, electric guitar, gypsy guitar), Heidi Pixner (Tyrolean folk harp) and Werner Unterlercher (double bass) has been one of the most successful acts in the "new & progressive folk music" category for years. However, any regional classification is superfluous for this project, because it does not explain the power of their performance anyway.

In 2024, the group was expanded to include the pianist Alex Trebo. The ensemble thus became a quintet.
