Hans im Glück - Domäne Dahlem

As a reward for seven years of service, Hans receives a large lump of gold from the master. For Hans, it is now time to go out into the world, out into life, out into freedom. On his way, Hans makes many barter transactions: he trades the lump of gold for a horse, that for a cow, that for a pig, that for a goose and that for a grindstone, which he drops into a well, however, until in the end he has nothing left and realizes: freedom is the highest happiness.
