Hip-hop dance course in Berlin-Neukölln – also for beginners
At Groove in Focus, participants learn the basics of hip-hop dance and use various creative techniques to form their own unique dance style. The focus is on the joy of dancing and all participants have the opportunity to find their own expression in freestyle.

The special feature of the Groove in Focus courses is the freestyle lessons. Participants are taught basic techniques that enable them to discover their natural way of movement in a playful way and to incorporate their personality into their dance style.
By combining African and African-American dance styles, course participants discover new forms of movement and also experience the music they listen to every day in a completely new way.

Groove in Focus also organizes regular workshop series professional dancers who are experts in various styles within the dance community. These workshops enable participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the individual dance styles and to recognize the diverse connections between individual cultures.
Groove in Focus takes place every Monday from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the Musikfabrik premises in Neukölln.
