Black Forest ham, turkey breast, beef tartare, Brie, Gouda, mountain cheese and pickled vegetables, plus a selection of freshly baked breads and rolls from Zeit für Brot. High-quality ingredients and freshness are the focus.
Unlimited refills of Crémant ensure a festive atmosphere.
In addition to the classics from international breakfast cuisine, guests can order warm highlights à la carte - including:
- Egg Benedict with hollandaise
- Omelette with truffle & parmesan
- Paccheri with fried beef fillet strips & rocket
- Chicken fricassee
- Fried prawns with risotto & peppers
- All dishes can be ordered unlimited
The crowning glory is homemade dessert creations from the in-house patisserie, which are available to choose from in the display case.
The Grand Brunch includes coffee specialties, tea, water, juices, a selection of soft drinks and unlimited Crémant. The experience is rounded off by live music, which makes every event a special moment of enjoyment.
The Grand Brunch will take place from March 2, 2025 on the first Sunday of every month from 12:00 to 15:00.
