One week, one price, endless gelato tasting experiences
After four exceptional editions in Berlin under the name Berlin Ice Cream Week, the event dedicated to Italian gelato expanded to the rest of Germany for the first time last year – and returns this year from May 8th to 14th.

Event Concept
For one week, this year from May 8th to 14th, 2025, each participating ice cream parlor will choose a special gelato flavor – different for each ice cream parlor – and offer it in their store for just €1.50 per scoop.
Participating Ice Cream Parlors
The names of all participating ice cream parlors and their special flavors can be found on the printed maps inside the participating ice cream parlors.
And of course, there are plenty of vegan options.
The event will take place not only in Berlin, but also simultaneously in five other German regions: Münsterland, Black Forest, Alpine Foothills, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Baden-Rhine-Moselle.

Two contests will be held as part of the event:
The Stamp Contest: Enjoy a scoop and ask for the stamp on the card. Collect at least three stamps, send us a photo of the card to trueitaliancontest@gmail.com, and enter a raffle to win many prizes.
The Instagram Photo Contest: Post a creative photo featuring one of the Gelato Week ice cream flavors, using the hashtag #gelatoweekgermany and tagging @gelatoweekgermany. Fingers crossed. You can win a three-day trip for two to Italy's Riviera Romagnola!
