The Sonnenallee satellite camp existed between August 1944 and April 1945 on a site in Sonnenallee, where today people play soccer, tend to their allotment gardens, and children come to play in a day-care centre.

This tour delves into the history of the subcamp, where approximately 300 girls and women from the evacuated and destroyed ghetto in Lódz, once lived and worked. The tour also covers the site's reuse after World War II and the later cultural engagement with the memory of the site since the 1980s.
