For more than four centuries, people have been looking up at the sky with telescopes. For a long time, this was only done from the surface of this planet. In the meantime, various telescopes have also been stationed out in space, opening many more "windows into space". One of the most important instruments is the Hubble Space Telescope.

For more than three decades, this telescope has fascinated mankind with great insights and fantastic images. Its successor is the James Webb telescope.
