FFFB is a non-profit festival and aims to promote female talent from different nations and ethnic backgrounds who have unique stories to tell. FFFB 6 - will take place from Oct. 2-6, 2024 at Kino Moviemento!

The festival provides a platform to amplify the diverse voices of female filmmakers from around the world and provide more opportunities for women who share their filmmaking skills and are recognized for their work.
The annual five-day festival screens international short and feature films of all genres, as well as a curated collection of music videos, panel discussions, networking events and more. FFFB attracts a wide range of films and is international in scope, with submissions and guests from 20 different countries this year.
FFFB's mission is to promote bold and creative stories in the film industry, advocate for equal opportunities and celebrate women in the film industry. The festival strives to inspire people and stands for values such as equality, promoting connections between people and cultures, diversity and the empowerment of women.
All films are screened in their original language with English subtitles.
