Finally, the time has come again! After a three-year break, numerous artisans, fairy tale figures, live music and delicacies once again attract visitors to the castle courtyard on the shores of Lake Grunewald.

Here, time seems to have stood still - an ideal place to get in the mood for Christmas in a relaxed way and find unusual gifts far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Mulled wine, hot chocolate and delicious food invite you to linger.
Fairy tale characters such as Frau Holle, Hänsel and Gretel and the Frog King mingle with the visitors in the flesh and loudly provide entertainment alongside the storyteller and a small musical stage program.
As night falls, visitors will be escorted by historically dressed night watchmen to the bus in Clayallee.
We ask for your understanding that the amplification of voices during the fairy tale plays will be deliberately omitted at this Christmas market in the historic Renaissance complex. Instead, some of the plays will be repeated in the afternoon and evening, so that many visitors will have the chance of a seat right at the front of the stage. Thank you very much!
