The Signum Quartet has been working with music from South Africa, the homeland of its violist Xandi van Dijk, for many years. For the 30th anniversary of the end of apartheid in 2024, the ensemble has invited some of the country's most original musical voices to reflect their experiences from the past three decades in new works for string quartet.

KEY VISUAL ELTERNZEITKONZERT
The parental leave concerts are aimed at all new mothers and fathers (and uncles, aunts, grandparents ...) who want to experience music with their babies in a relaxed atmosphere.
The number of seats is limited and everything is provided in the foyer to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
These approximately 45-minute concerts, in which artists from the Pierre Boulez Hall present excerpts from their evening programs, are intended exclusively for visitors with babies up to 12 months of age.
