With lyrical solos, soulful melodies and lyrics full of metaphors and contradictions, guitarist and composer Pip van Eeden writes songs about her life. In their music, they combine their love of soul, singer-songwriting and jazz.
The band creates music that interweaves the gentle with the complex, creating pieces that feel both familiar and refreshingly new. The musicians' jazz backgrounds add depth to the simplicity, while the songs remain honest, vulnerable, intimate and authentic.
