The musicians in this band have been active in the Berlin jazz scene for decades and founded a joint swing trio in 2016, which was expanded into a quartet in 2021, now with a line-up of clarinet, piano, double bass, vibraphone and vocals.

Dreamland Swing Band
The band plays jazz from the 1930s and 1940s, taking its inspiration from the numerous small bands of the swing era, the so-called small swinging groups, with their largely freely improvised recordings of well-known jazz pieces. The band's trademark is its unobtrusive style of playing, which makes it possible to perform even in the smallest of spaces without the need for a lot of technical equipment.
