Berlin Symphony Chamber orchestra
The Berlin Symphony Chamber Orchestra makes its debut in the main hall of the Philharmonie with three famous classical works. The programme includes Beethoven's 5th Symphony, also known as the Fate Symphony due to its legendary beginning, Schubert's "Unfinished" Symphony in B minor and what is probably the most beautiful violin concerto of the 19th century by Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy.
The Sinfonisches Kammerorchester Berlin, an ensemble of excellent musicians, attaches great importance to sound awareness. The orchestra's colourful and fresh overall sound is characterised by the joy of playing and working together on the respective projects.
