A beautiful old apartment in Berlin Mitte, the dream of every Berliner. Marco Hilpers lives in it, it doesn't belong to him yet, but his father bought it for him and one day he will inherit it. Despite this, Marco is broke and desperately needs money. So he decides to rent out a room in the apartment and makes an appointment to view it.
