The DSO presents Richard Wagner's ‘Ring’ instrumentally and condensed to 75 minutes. Lorin Maazel's ‘Ring without words’ is a kind of ‘Wagner to go’ with all the orchestral hits and leitmotifs. It is preceded by the orchestral piece ‘Laterna Magica’ by the Finnish composer Kaija Saariaho from 2009.
