Simply build! – This is the motto under which experts from the medium-sized real estate industry, politics and science will meet at the German Real Estate Congress 2025 in Berlin. Practitioners from municipalities, states and the federal government will come together to work out solutions together.

“Simply build” is a major challenge. In recent decades, a complex network of rules, requirements and regulations has developed, which, together with difficult economic conditions, is exacerbating the current situation. Despite the immense potential, hardly any measures have been taken to make building easier and more affordable. Too many regulations and liability issues stand in the way of a legally secure agreement.
We will discuss together which requirements and standards are necessary so that the medium-sized real estate industry can build and rent out more easily, more cost-effectively, but still safely and with high quality. The new federal government will not be able to do without the expertise of this important economic sector.
