COMMENSALITY is a social and artistic encounter that, in an intimate and communal atmosphere, allows for the collective preparation of an olla común (common stew), a unique blend of culinary delights and various short artistic contributions.

KEY VISUAL KOMMENSALITÄT
During the communal cooking session, COMMENSALITY offers a program that focuses on the work of artists from the Global South, highlighting their perspectives on concepts of territory, provenance, syncretism, cultural heritage, plural versions of history, and vulnerability.
COMMENSALITY encourages audience participation and engagement, inviting them to join the performers in creating a space of belonging, connection, enjoyment, and exchange through the collective practice of coming together around food in the temporary stage kitchen.
