Free culture for everyone
On the first Sunday of every month, admission to the Citadel's museums and exhibitions is free. After Museum Sunday fell victim to the Berlin Senate's cuts, the Spandau Cultural Office, headed by District Councilor Dr. Carola Brückner, decided to offer a free visit to the Citadel's museums and exhibitions every first Sunday of the month.
With Citadel Sunday, the Spandau Citadel wants to inspire even more people for the diverse cultural offerings, museums and exhibitions on the Cultural Island and offers a varied program in addition to free admission. Everyone is cordially invited to go on a discovery tour with their friends and families, everyone is welcome.
