Aurel Dawidiuk spielt Werke von Jörg Widmann und Franz Schubert

Aurel Dawidiuk began his musical education at the age of six with piano and violin and sang for several years in the Hanover Boys' Choir. Since 2020 he has been studying orchestral conducting at the Zurich University of the Arts with Johannes Schlaefli and Christoph-Mathias Mueller and piano with Till Fellner. He is also continuing his organ studies with Martin Sander at the Basel Music Academy.


Since 2021, Aurel Dawidiuk has been a scholarship holder of the German Music Council's "Forum Conducting", which supports talented young conductors. He has attended master classes with renowned conductors such as Paavo Järvi, Jaap van Zweden, Joana Mallwitz and Pierre-André Valade and has already conducted major orchestras such as the Bern Symphony Orchestra, the Winterthur Music College, the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra, the Meiningen Court Orchestra and the Thessaloniki Municipal Orchestra.
