As different as life was on both sides of the Wall, people enjoyed going to the cinema here and there. But which films were made in East and West Berlin? What stories do they tell? And what does the cinema of that time tell us today about life in the divided city before 1989 and after the fall of the Wall?
An evening of cinematic reflections with film director and screenwriter Christian Petzold ("Undine", "Red Sky") and film critic Knut Elstermann. Radio journalist and author Marion Brasch will lead the conversation.
