The Backseat Lovers are performing in Berlin. If you, as a European, just hear the band's name, you probably imagine a down-to-earth and rather unsubtle rock band. But you'd be seriously mistaken. The Backseat Lovers hail from Salt Lake City, the center of the Mormon faith, who reject alcohol, tobacco, hot drinks, and drugs and preach sexual abstinence. The name immediately takes on a more rebellious tone.
