A culinary journey through various regions of Italy begins. Head chef Guido Vinci brings his knowledge of Italian cuisine with him. Neck ham, candied tomatoes, wild dandelion, veal rolls or lemon and limoncello sgroppino: just the sound of these dishes whets the appetite.
Every last Sunday of the month, a different region of Italy is visited, depending on the season.
In spring and summer, the focus is on southern Italy, while in autumn and winter, the regions of northern Italy are explored, where cooking is traditionally more rustic.
With his 6-course menus, head chef Guido Vinci interprets the different regions of Italy. His dishes are unmistakably rustic in flavour, but with the international signature of an Italian by choice, Berlin.
Viva l'Italia. Back to Bellezza in Berlin!
Sommelier Frank Krüger (Edel&Faul) will curate the wine pairing to accompany each six-course menu. After all, a perfect Italian meal requires the right wines.
The Italian pop-up will take place at Loft Studio 23 in Fabrik 23, a place where you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life – ideal for enjoying an Italian six-course menu.
