The artspring art festival is breaking new ground and is focusing on sound art in 2025 with an extensive sound art program: With concerts, sound performances and installations, radiophonic art, radio plays, and a dedicated radio channel broadcast on weekends, the entire spectrum of artistic sound design will be presented on-site and online.

Theater unterm Dach, Außenansicht
While sound art often leads a niche existence as an art genre, artspring brings it into the spotlight. Starting May 7, established and emerging sound artists and initiatives from Pankow will make music, perform, recite, experiment, dance, and improvise on the stage of the Theater unterm Dach.
- Opening: May 7, 7 p.m. at the Theater unterm Dach, Danziger Str. 101, 10405 Berlin
At the same time, two exhibitions will explore the interrelationship between sound and visual art: "schallern" at the Theater unterm Dach and "Über Klang" at the BrotfabrikGalerie.
In addition, artspring radio will broadcast on weekends via the online broadcast channel of the Free Radios Berlin-Brandenburg and via a web player on the artspring website.
artspring Sound Art will take place as part of the Pankow art festival artspring berlin (May 2–June 1, 2025).
