world literature with objects and material

In a time of great injustice, in which bailiffs ruled like criminals and arbitrarily squeezed out their subjects, the abused farmers' desire for freedom grew. Tell, one of them, has drawn the attention of the most powerful of the bailiffs through his courage and resistance.

Tell is sentenced to death, but is given the prospect of mercy: if he shoots an apple from his son's head, he will stay alive. So pressure is followed by counter-pressure and an exciting liberation story begins - and the Swiss folk hero is created.

Director: Astrid Griesbach, play: Christine Müller
