Lorenzo Ghielmi (Milan, Italy) has been delighting audiences for many years as an organist, harpsichordist, fortepianist and conductor with interpretations of music from the Renaissance to the Romantic period in historical performance practice. He is considered one of the world's most renowned specialists for historical keyboard instruments and their playing style.


He is Professor Emeritus of Organ at the Schola Cantorum Basel and titular organist at the Basilica San Simpliciano in Milan.

At this concert he will play baroque organ music from Italy by Scarlatti, Pasquini, Zipoli and J. S. Bach.
