The Forum for Culture and Creative Industries is the federal congress for the culture and creative industries in Germany. It is organized every year by the Federal Government's Culture and Creative Industries Initiative.

At the congress, actors, multipliers and companies as well as representatives from politics and institutions meet for exchange and networking. Current topics relating to the creative industries as well as the perspectives and challenges of the industry are examined in more detail here.
How can skilled workers be recruited and retained?
Important questions are how young talent can be better addressed, a culture of recognition can be promoted, what alternative paths there are to entering the job market and what support the states can provide.
