With Sisters in Crime from Berlin

Things get criminal at "Schmitz Katze" from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Oranienstraße 163, 10969 Berlin). The literary "sisters" Swenja Karsten, Salean A. Maiwald, Heidi Ramlow, Vanne van Ares, and Gisela Witte will read crime stories. Suspense is guaranteed until the very end.

The reading begins at 7 p.m. and lasts for an hour and a half at the Wilhelm Liebknecht/Namik Kemal Central Library (Adalbertstraße 2, 10999 Berlin). Authors Andrea Gerecke, Mika M. Krüger, Andrea Maluga, and Susanne Rüster will be bringing some killer works.

For the Long Book Night, all literature enthusiasts can stroll along Oranienstraße and stop frequently to listen to the various readings.

All participating venues organize their own programs independently.

The authors belong to the Berlin regional group of the association Murderous Sisters, which unites around 800 national and international activists: crime writers, booksellers, and those associated with crime fiction. In the capital alone, 80 women are members.
