Delabuu

Thai-style ice cream rolls

Delabuu is found three times in Berlin. The branches are located in Wedding and Friedrichshain, and you can also eat delicious ice cream rolls in the legendary KaDeWe department store on Kurfürstendamm. The technique used to make the ice cream comes from Thailand. You can combine the ingredients individually before the ice cream mass hardens on a cold platter. It is then artfully formed into ice-cream rolls, which are also a visual delight. The toppings that ice cream fans can choose from include unusual ingredients such as various chocolate bars, pretzel pieces, chips, fruit, spreads and much more. Those with a taste for experimentation can go wild.
