Christmas weekends for the whole family on the Advent weekends in December
A Christmas market just for kids? This too can be found in Berlin. At FEZ, the Freizeit- und Erholungszentrum (leisure and recreation centre) in Wuhlheide, there is a colourful Christmas programme to join in and get in the mood in the run-up to Christmas. But don’t worry: you can bring mum and dad along too!
The largest non-profit children's, youth and family centre in Europe (FEZ) is once again inviting children to a creative and varied Christmas market on all four Advent weekends this year.
Experience Christmas with all your senses
This year, the FEZ Christmas market has the motto "Sensory Magic". A real highlight in the Advent season for families with children from the age of two. The market offers an imaginative setting where children and parents can experience a magical Christmas world with all their senses - from crafting and creative design to exploring the festively decorated stalls and attractions.
Festive decorations exude the scent of fir branches. Enchanted worlds of lights on the grounds make children's eyes light up. Christmas gnomes sprinkle glitter and Christmas powder and transform expectant little faces into the most magical Christmas creatures. Children can also get active themselves at various stations, such as painting their own ceramics or making gifts and new treasures from recycled materials. Cosy reading corners beckon with cuddly blankets and cushions and invite you to listen to beautiful Christmas stories
Christmas elves and winter tobogganing
Highlights include the 25-metre-long winter toboggan run, a glowing slide in the outdoor area, which is open until the end of January. There are stalls all around with fragrant waffles and hot drinks. If it gets too cold outside, you can take a few lively laps at the Christmas roller skating workshop.

- Opening times: Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon
- Admission: Day ticket (expected): 5 euros per person, families of 2 or more: 4 euros per person

How to get there
The Adventsfez Christmas market is located in the FEZ (leisure and recreation centre) in Wuhlheide in the Treptow-Köpenick district. Due to a limited number of parking spaces, we recommend travelling by public transport.
