The small, dedicated team at Bouche Kombucha has developed its own closed-fermentation brewing process with its own starter culture to ensure consistently high product quality. Moreover, the kombucha tea here is not pasteurised after brewing; that way, the valuable microorganisms are to remain intact. In addition, finely balanced flavours optimally enhance the aroma, such as lemondrop or hibiscus.
For the company, which was founded in 2019, all these factors are part of its ambition to establish new standards for kombucha tea. The Berlin-made Bouche Kombucha is now available in numerous shops, bars and cafés in Berlin and throughout Germany.
