Punk & funk live in Berlin

The two most spectacular music styles of the late 1970s are thriving forty years later here in Berlin. The Love Parade with its funky outfits and the Ramones Museum in honour of the founders of American punk are two examples. Die Ärzte offer punk made in Berlin and have performed a record-breaking number of times at the Wuhlheide. Die Toten Hosen like to perform live at the Waldbühne in Olympic Park and live punk and funk can often be heard at Astra Kulturhaus, SO36, the Kulturbrauerei, and Quasimodo.
