Environmental Sticker for Coaches

Just like all other vehicles being driven in the centre of Berlin, long-distance buses and coaches must also have the green environmental sticker, and must comply with the green sticker standard. Travelling by bus is therefore not only convenient and comfortable, but also environment-friendly. Here you will find more tips for a sustainable trip to Berlin.

Important: Buses registered abroad also need the green sticker to be driven in the environmental zone.
Go to the pages of the Senate Department to see where the environmental zone is located.

Our page on the environmental zone (Umweltzone) provides information on getting the sticker, and on any exceptions to this rule.
