Taking a taxi

Taking a taxi in Berlin is safe, but a little more expensive than in other cities.

On arrival, you will certainly see many taxis at the airport. You can usually assume that they are reputable, but it is not wrong to ask how much the journey to your desired destination will cost. You can calculate the approximate price for your journey in advance at Taxirechner.de, so you can be sure that the driver will quote you a reasonable price.

Chauffeur service

Would you like to treat yourself to something really special? How about a chauffeur service? This should definitely be booked in advance.

Normally, you can choose the standard of your car when booking. Your driver will then be waiting for you at the airport with a name sign, carrying your luggage and taking you comfortably to your desired destination. Some vehicles even have WLAN and a selection of refreshments. However, just like the payment method, this depends on the transport company.
