Rauch-Zeichen Fish

The red wooden houses of the snack bar "Rauch-Zeichen" appear almost Swedish. No doubt that the dishes are inspired by Europe's north as well: Fresh fish is served, wether smoked, in a roll, as tapas or soup. The highlight - and most appreciated by the guests - is Berlin's first salmon kebap: The salmon comes with vegetables in a pita, sampled with honey-mustard-dressing.
