As a prelude to its concert tour to Sweden, the New Chamber Choir Berlin under the direction of Adrian Emans presents two atmospheric a cappella concerts with works by Swedish and German composers.

Under the title I HIMMELEN (‘In Heaven’), the choir presents a programme that combines meditative soundscapes, expressive folk songs and sacred music from the Romantic period.
The programme includes works by Karin Rehnqvist, Bengt Ollén, Michael Ostrzyga, Bernhard Zink and others, including pieces composed especially for the New Chamber Choir Berlin. You can look forward to two concert evenings in which rugged landscapes and skylights are musically brought to life.
