with introduction to the artistic audio walk Memorabilia
The largest memorial to Berlin's destruction during World War II is barely visible – an artificially created mountain range of rubble. This tour explores the history of these so-called rubble mountains, their transformation into landscape design, and the often romanticized role of the "rubble women."
The Memorabilia audio walk brings this past to life in a striking way – with poems, sound collages, and scenic radio play passages.
