The concert programme combines classical influences with jazz, original compositions and surprising new interpretations.
In addition to well-known standards such as ‘I'm Glad There Is You’ and ‘My Baby Just Cares For Me’, works can also be heard that combine classical piano literature with modern compositions. Pieces such as ‘Watching The Moon’, which emerges seamlessly from Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, or the harmonious fusion of ‘Swing Low’ with Beethoven's Sonata op. 109, demonstrate the artist's versatility.
The programme also includes personal original compositions such as the title track ‘Like Water’, which reflects the fluid nature of music and the transparency of her artistic vision.
