
Japan's craft spirits world is diverse and boasts a centuries-old tradition. Shochu, awamori, sake, and much more are often lovingly produced by hand by very small producers. The Japanese Craft Spirits & Sake Tasting focuses on these small producers and their special products. Seven delicious examples will be presented.
The exclusive tasting events provide information about the producers, production methods, and ways of drinking the spirits on offer. Of course, you can also sample plenty of them, and exciting and funny anecdotes from trips to the Land of the Rising Sun will be shared along the way.
