The Drag Resources Action Group (D.R.A.G.)* Berlin is a collective of drag and drag-adjacent workers* including performers, bookers and promoters who have been organising for better working conditions in one of the lowest paid, most precarious and socially vulnerable performance genres since October 2023.

As part of their work D.R.A.G. has produced some guidelines for basic standards and best practice and is working with drag venues, event organisers, associations and performers to realise a better drag scene for all. On April 16th D.R.A.G. launches these guidelines with a presentation, discussion, and, of course, a drag show!
*D.R.A.G. members largely come from drag and burlesque but also include important perspectives from similar fields. Drag is a porous and diverse art form and we like it like that. D.R.A.G. is more interested in building relations of solidarity with other people and groups than in defining the boundaries of drag.
